This 3 days Uganda wildlife Safari takes you to Lake Mburo National Park one of Uganda's spectacular safari parks. Lake Mburo National Park has open grass valleys and beautiful rolling hills, with thickets, woodlands and rich wetlands. It boasts of a wide range of wildlife like impala, zebras, the Cape buffalo, waterbucks, antelope, Eland, etc. On this tour, you will be involved in different safari activities which include wildlife game viewing. guided nature walks, boat rides on Lake Mburo among others.
SAFARI ITINERARY
Day 1: Kampala - Lake Mburo National Park
Depart for Lake Mburo National Park early morning with your guide for a scenic drive through the extension of the Tanzanian plains with a variety of attractions. You will have a stopover at Mpambire to see the Royal Drum Makers. You will visit the Equator for some photographic opportunity. Have a stop over for lunch and then continue with a game drive en-route. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and then you will take an afternoon boat trip on Lake Mburo.
Overnight at Mantana tented camp/Mihingo lodge (high end) or Rwonyo camp (Budget)
Day 2: Wildlife Tours & Guided Nature Walks in Lake Mburo
Take an early morning game drive through the national park in search of zebra, hippos, crocodiles, eland, antelope, impala and birds. You will return to the lodge for breakfast and then take a guided nature walk. This walk takes you to the Salt Lick Area which offers a chance to see at least four different species of animals at any one point while they lick the salty soil.

DAY 3: Lake Mburo - Kampala
After Breakfast depart for Kampala. Arriving early Evening. Retire to your hotel.
