TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SAFARI BOOKINGS WITH GORILLA TOUR COMPANY
GENERAL
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
Please note that it is the laws and regulations of the country in which services are provided which apply to your holiday arrangements and not those of your home country.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
As a policy for Tours in Uganda, a deposit of 30% of the safari fare must be paid in order to confirm booking. The 70% balance is paid on arrival into the country directly to our offices.
Mode of payment is by Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Wire transfer to our specified account (with bank charges) or By Credit Card
Cash payment; Clients pay full amount on arrival in the country by cash in US dollars. Please note that notes below the year 2000 are not accepted in Uganda.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations received will be subject to the following forfeit; Cancellation fees are based on the date your written notification is received.
60 days and above 30%
31-60 days 50% of tour cost
0-30 days 100% of tour cost
NOTE:
As a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, Tours in Uganda reserves the right to cancel, and we will refund your money on cancellation.
FLIGHTS, VISAS & AIRFARES:
The tour cost given to you does not include Airfare. However, tickets can be organised on request. Tours in Uganda is not responsible for any airline schedule or airfare changes, cancellations, overbooking or damage or loss of baggage and property. All claims must be made directly with the airline involved. The onus is upon the guest to ensure that passports and visas are valid for the countries they plan to visit.
ACCOMMODATION:
Where possible, Tours in Uganda shall endeavor to arrange for you accommodation depending on your Budget and needs.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Airport Transfers are provided only on request, and prior arrangements must be made.
NOT INCLUDED:
Items of personal nature like Laundry, Beverages, emergency evacuation, personal laundry, Beers, medical, baggage, money, optional meals, Beverages and tipping of staffs at the lodge.
